You can not use notes offline. You have to go online in your portal to access it. Once you created them, you can only “Edit” or “Delete” them and visit them below that particular video with the timestamp where you saved them one by one.

Or you can access them through the “Course Library” and then go to “Notes”. Here you can see all your doubts, notes, announcements and other things.
