How to calculate the R2 score in closed form solution?

In this code the function r2score was giving me an error
“last 2 dimensions of the array must be square” so how can i solve it?

Hey @Varunsh_20, can you please share your .ipynb notebook containing the outputs of all the cells you have created. It is difficult to debug the code without seeing the output of the cells. I request you to upload your notebook on Google drive and share the link over here.
