can you please give me hint how to achieve 100% accuracy. won’t it represents the problem of overfitting if we will achieve 100% accuracy?

No its practically not possible, the one on leader board are the testers themselves, so don’t compare you with them. Also if by any chance you do achieve 100% accuracy, that would be awesome, and that would not be over fitting because that would be the accuracy on testing data and not on training data.
