How log to the base 2 of 10 raised to power 18 is log to the base 2 and 1000 raised to power 6?

Problem
In the topic Number Theory and Video Sieve of Eratostenes Prateek Sir taught in between time 14:55 15:05 that
log to the base 2 of 10 raised to power 18 is log to the base 2 and 1000 raised to power 6 which I am unable to understand.

Can anyone guide me how it is possible?

Hey Jalaj, its simple maths as
10^18 = 1000000000000000000

1000^6 = (10^3)^6 = 10^(3*6) = 10^18
0r
1000 * 1000 * 1000 * 1000 * 1000 * 1000 = 1000000000000000000 = 10^18
