How do I remove a duplicate inbox from Outlook 2003?

A data file in Outlook 2003 is a file that stores information such as email messages, contacts, calendar events, and other data. When you create a new email account in Outlook 2003, a new data file is typically designed for that account. This data file stores the email messages, contacts, and other data associated with that account.

You can try out an Outlook Duplicate Remover tool. It will automatically manage all of your data.

However, to remove a duplicate inbox in Outlook 2003, follow these steps:

Step 1: When you open Outlook 2003 and go to the “File” menu, you may need to click on the “File” button in the top left corner of the window to see the “File” menu.

Step 2: The “Data File Management” option is located near the bottom of the “File” menu. When you click on this option, the “Data Files” dialog box will open, showing a list of all the data files currently configured in Outlook 2003.

Step 3: In the “Data Files” dialog box, you can see a list of all the data files currently configured in Outlook 2003. Each data file is listed with its name and the type of data it stores (e.g., “Outlook Data File - Personal Folders” or “Outlook Data File - Microsoft Exchange”). If you have the same inbox, it will appear as a separate data file in this list.

Step 4: In the “Remove Data File” dialog box, click “Yes” to confirm that you want to remove the same inbox.

It will remove the same inbox from Outlook 2003. Releasing the same inbox will remove any messages or other data stored in that inbox.
