How can we say there are X tails in the 20 coins we chose to flip, we cant differentiate right?

bhayya took 15 heads and 5 tails and flipped to get 5 heads and 15 tails. let left half has 5 tails and right has 15, so when I choose 20 coins in left if there are 3 tails and 17 heads in that when I flip those they become 17 tails and 3 heads.
now left has 17 tails and right has 15 tails not equal

First, all the coins are in pile A. Move 20 coins to pile B.

If there are now N tails in pile A, there must be (20 - N) tails in pile B, and thus N heads in pile B.

Flip all coins in pile B. There must now be N tails in pile B.

Done.
