@ashishnnnnn, when you are beginner it normal to experience these things , you might feel that you are memorizing the concept but these are nothing more than a simple introduction to some concept so that next time you encounter some similar problem you will know what to do and how to think , so try to rewatch vedio until you figure out what the mentor did and why , and In case of any doubt you can always ask doubt on any specific querry
