I am stuck here. First of all, when viewing the glasses and mustache in OpenCV, it’s completely black. Secondly, how will I put them over the other image without cropping and perfectly?

it contains an alpha channel , so you need to load in rgba mode.
you need to use haarcascades to detect the locations and area , and then paste those images over there after resizing in the shape you detected .

How do I proceed? I used alpha as 0.5 here. Not even the entire specs is coming in the picture.
you are reading the image in incorrect manner.
try like this once.
