graphviz is not working -_-

can you please share the screenshot of the error that you are getting, it would be easier to understand.
got to https://graphviz.org/download/
install graphviz for mac or windows , according your OS
then while installing it will ask to whether add the path in environment variables , so keep an eye on that .
once it is done , to check whether it is installed properly or not.
open cmd , and run dot -V , it should print version of graphviz installed
