Sir from where should I practice graph problems is codeforces tag is enough because on spoj it is difficult
to solve problems.

both are fine, if u are beginner , then i would suggest to practice graph from leetcode, its questions based are small variation of standard algorithms so u will find them easy to sove and u will get good confidence in graph alogrithsm and its implementation.
after that u can pick either spoj or codeforces for furthur practice.

also look at cses graph problemset , it cantains almost all type of graph questions
