GOT Snapchat filter submission issue

I have stored the pixel values in a csv file, but I’m having trouble in submission.

The site says ‘Errored !’ each time i submit a file(even the sample file given).

Is a backend problem or am I doing something wrong?

The following error is displayed when i try to attach the csv file here:
‘Sorry, the file you are trying to upload is not authorized (authorized extensions: jpg, jpeg, png, gif).’

Also, I tried applying the filters code to a live video stream using the webcam, and the system often fails to identify eyes, causing issues with the glasses sticker. Is this an issue with the cascade? Is there any way to rectify this, apart from getting a better file?

This is not actually a issue , but yeah it is because of the cascade.
You are relying on the way , the cascade can detect your eyes , if it fails your code will also fail.
So there are different other neural network techniques to get these things done.
