i checked my csv file and test images with my own eyes and they are pretty much correct but i am only getting 12-13% accuracy after submitting it

i dont know how, i even modified the csv with my own biological neural network and im yet getting 14% accuracy
maybe the test cases are provided wrong or idk, im sending you both test cases zip and submissions soon
share me your code , submission file - everything you are using for this problem.
will check that.
