Getting no reply from telegram bot

hey,
when i run my code i m getting no error even on my localhost/8443 and even on ngrok url i m getting hello as output. But when i send msg to telegram bot i didnt get any reply from it and even i dont get any error on command prompt . can you please tell me what should i do now?

hey @anuj_singla8 ,

try one thing ,
add a print command in your reply_text , like print(update).
and check whats the output in the command prompt it is running in.
It will get more clear
