I’m assuming you know types of features (categorical, continuous) etc.
A simple guide to using the different classifiers is:
GaussianNB: For continuous real valued features.
MultinomialNB: Suited for classification of data with discrete features (e.g. Word Counts). Useful in text processing.
BernoulliNB: Suitable for discrete but binary data. Also, unlike MultinomialNB, it can also deal with negative numbers

I suggest you to go through this resource once (Ignore the code though).
