the data in video can be found on below links:
flickr 8k dataset : flickr_kaggle_8k
flickr Image Dataset ( 30K ) : flickr_image_dataset_kaggle
Just use your kaggle api to download these datasets with a simple command on google colab.
In Case , you dont have your kaggle api then you can just download it as a zip file.

No, just download the file flickr8K.zip for current work and further you can work on fickr30k.zip to try some new experiments on the dataset. I would recommend you to use google colab , as it is free along with GPU support which help you in project implementation and you can also download files more faster with amazing speed.
