Formula wrong for even number -> said in the video

for even number the number is said to be 2mn always. but if we take 12, then 12, 5, 13 are actually pythagorean triplets.
Therefore according to formula( n/2 ^2 - 1 , n-2 ^2 + 1) becomes 35 , 37 which is not the correct answer. Please guide to the correct solution

the logic is said in the video, please check it for even number, if 12 then answer should be 5 & 13, but according to the logic in video answer comes as 35 & 37

the answer is correct 12^2+35^2=37^2 you can verify that.
