Didn’t understand the increase and decrease concept in this program rows and spaces I have created. How we have to increase and decrease should is done

as you can see
each line start with i
and increase i times means i nos in increasing order and i-1 numbers in decreasing order
1 starts with i=1 , 1 nos in increasing order and 0 numbers in decreasing order
2 3 2 starts with i=2, 2 nos in increasing order and 1 numbers in decreasing order
3 4 5 4 3 starts with i=3, 3 nos in increasing order and 2 numbers in decreasing order

in this way nos increase and decrease
