IN FLOWCHART I AM ALLOW TO USE FLOOR AND CELLING FUNCTION TO EVALUATE THE NEW SUM , I AM STUCK AT THAT NEW SUM= OLD SUM+(FLOOR FUNCTION OF i/2)

yeah u can , but here no need to use floor.
becuase in programming if we divide one integer with another integer then the result will also be an integer so no need to explicitly takes its floor.
