Facing Problem in running SublimeText3

I have been using sublime text 3 for about an year. However, now I am facing a problem in running the sublime text. When I run the first code after opening the sublime text, it takes around 10 min to compile, even if it is simple hello world program. After running that, my sublime text starts working in normal way . please help

there may be some build error
best way is to reinstall the sublime text
first uninstall sublime text and remove all files
then install it from fresh
