Extended Euclid's algorithm's Explaination

At 12:27 , as you taught -> when we get

numOne* x1 + 0* y1 = gcd( numOne , 0) [last equation]

then ofcourse! x1 will be 1, but as you said y1 will be zero, so my confusion is y1 has coefficient 0 so y1 could be any value…?
