Explain the question and answer

Can you explain the correct answer of question 5.
I would also like to know what are p and q in the question 7

: (a/b)%c=((a%c)/(b%c))%c is false!
let a=10,b=5 and c=3, then LHS = 2 and RHS = 0 as ((1/2)%3)
correct answer will be (a/b)%c = (a%c) * (B%c) where B is modular inverse of b with c, which means (B*b)%c = 1. You can find this in O© or O(logC) using methods such as extended euclidean or fermat’s theorem(if c is prime).
For other question I find discrepancy in that as p and q are undefined!
