Error on deployinng on heroku

ERROR: google-auth 1.19.2 has requirement setuptools>=40.3.0, but you’ll have setuptools 39.0.1 which is incompatible.
sir everytime i am deploying on heroku,i am getting this error .I have installed the above package but still getting error

hey @pandeyaman461 ,
try downgrading your google-auth version or upgrading your setuptools version to 40.3.0.
first try the second option .
