Error on clicking the submit button

i am facing this error when after my server runs, and i select an image and click on submit button? This error discription says:-

1920×1080 188 KB

Please help me to solve this error

This is the same error we got while working on django. So , the way you corrected it there. Just the same way do it here too. It will work.
