Error in submitting the output csv file

I am not able to upload the output csv file. It pops up an error displaying “Can’t upload csv file”.
Also when I am trying to upload the sample submission file provided by the coding blocks , even for sample submission file I’m getting the same “Can’t upload csv file” error.

try hard refreshing the page with ctrl+shift+R, and still if doesn’t work , then let me know.
