I am getting accuracy many times very differnet when i am running it different times although model is

Emoji prediction
We get different accuracies, because of the values initialization for all parameters is random and always different. That’s the reason you are getting different accuracies. Remember that when the dataset would have been somewhere bigger, than we would not have faced this problem.
80% accuracy is way for difficult to achieve for such smaller dataset. Nearly 60% is fair enough. Also 58% and 60% nearly same, so proceed further instead of pondering on this.
