Echo Bot Video Outdated

The code in “Creating an Echo Bot” video does not work anymore.

Actually the thing the video is implemented with python-telegram-bot version to be 12.8 ,
But the module is now updated to 13.0.

So , to go with the videos , i would suggest you kindly lower your module version.
With this , you can keep going with the videos.
