DP : k-ordered lcs, Bottom-Up approach

I’ve solved the problem in TopDown approach but I keep getting 1 Testcase failed with BottomUp approach.
Is there some edge case that I’m missing or any constraint ?

Your solution is correct, but I haven’t had a problem with topdown approach.
I’m asking for help in the bottomUp approach.
