Doubt regarding url pattern

I am making a website in django and I am facing a difficulty about a fact that I have a created a menu of Contact on every page and what I want is that whenever I click on that link of contact I should be redirected to the section of the main page or welcome page having id=“connection”.How do I do that in Django

Hello Munish, which id=‘connection’ you are talking about ?? This id is html id of the template ??
