Doubt regarding this ford fulkerson algorithm

In this video sanket sir said that max_flow never change what we choose the path? But if we change node 3 to 4 value with 75 and taken the path initailly 0 - 2-3-4-1 then our max_flow is not same as max_flow? Please explaing. This video is 5th one of network flow
