Doubt regarding logic of 4 XOR

If the n is greater than 130 , then always four XOR numbers exist : This logic is still not clear .I watched the XOR hint video but the concept of how exactly n should be greater than 130 is not clear.
I just needed some extra example/explanation to clear the doubt.
