Doubt regarding len in cpp

In python we have len()
In cpp shall we use sizeof() ALWAYS for this purpose ?

sizeof give memory consumed by variable/array in bytes.
it never gives length.

in almost every question u will be given size of array in input.

for vector u can use .size() or .length() function
