Doubt in tiling problem - recursion

For n = 0, why we are returning 1? Why not 0? When the length of wall is zero, how we have one way of arranging the tile?

Hello @gambhirrahul0 we are arranging the tiles according to row wise then at the 0th row we have only 1 option with us of arranging the tile .
we cant arrange it in m1 type.
we can arrange it in 1type only.
