Which of the following methods do we use to find the best fit line for data in Linear Regression?

  1. Least Square Error

  2. Maximum Likelihood

  3. Logarithmic Loss

  4. Both A and B
    The answer to this question is given both least square loss and maximum likelihhod but shouldnt the answer be least square error only?

Both A and B are correct option.
Generally, we are taught with LSE only but yes Maximum Likelihood can also applied on Linear Regression.
