In this challenge, I was initially unable to determine whether I should apply linear regression or locally weighted regression. First I went for locally weighted but I was getting error in solving this challenge. Then I tried linear regression to just check what result do I obtained. I got 96 percent accuracy. Please tell should I do this challenge with locally weighted method or linear method and how we can decide which method to use as there were 5 features and so I could not plot a graph to check it.

Choosing an algorithm for a particular dataset is task related to practice and experience.
You can apply both algorithms , both will ,in end provide almost similar results. But you need to work mainly on the one which scores higher and perform better than the other ones.
