in thr previous video,
(b-a)%m = b%m - a%m + m)%m

but in this video,
he has taken (b-a)%m = 0 =>b%m == a%m ??? How

Is there any condition to be considered like b > a or something

=> (b-a)%m = 0
=> (b%m - a%m + m)%m = 0
=> (b%m + m)%m = a%m
=> (b%m + m%m)%m = a%m
=> b%m + 0 = a%m
=> b%m = a%m

Both will give the same result.
