Dom: todolist order shift

on downbutton when we click on last node it give an error
" todolist.html:40 Uncaught TypeError: Failed to execute ‘insertBefore’ on ‘Node’: parameter 1 is not of type ‘Node’.
at HTMLButtonElement.downbtn.onclick "
how to resolve that?
