The count variable stores our final answer. This is the value that we are trying to compute in this problem.

The count variable stores the count of rectangles that have area less than k. In order to compute this value, we followed the two pointer approach as explained in the video by Pranav Bhaiya. The algorithm is discussed in the video itself. The reason to update this final is that we found the rectangles that fit the criteria and need to be counted.
