r u giving input correctly?

in input m_pairs is 5. but u have given only 3 input.
n_cities is 3 but in input u are giving 3 and 4 as city number.

give correct input and then check

there are 5 cities 0 1 2 3 4
three pairs (0, 1),(2, 3),(0, 4)

then in ur input first line should be
3 5
