here in this statement {Let i= 1, Sum= 0} please discribe why we took this in this question

we want to compute sum from 1 to n.
so intially we need to start from 1 right? thats reason i=1,it is indicating the starting number .

and sum=0 , becuase we havent included any number in our sum tillnow .
