I have used same dataset and value of learning_rate and still I am getting different theta ,Is it possible to get different theta ??

Hey @Bhawna, optimal values of theta for a problem set will remain same if all preprocessing done are same. Although slight change is acceptable.
If your values differ by the margin, than hopefully the processin done by you is different.

Sir ,I didn’t find on, cb.lk/ml18.This is in “Getting Started with Machine Learning”.
which is not present in cb.lk/ml18.may be sir has changed name of folder.

The results are perfectly fine, you need not to worry about anything. Also I plotted the errors curve as well, it is reaching it minima as well.
