so how to solve this question and how to find value of h1, h2,h3 h4 without knowing the value of x1 and x2?

Yes that’s what I said, this question is wrong and has been removed from the module for the time being ! For finding the value of h1,h2,h3,h4, you need to assume value of x1 and x2 as

x1 x2
0  0
0  1
1  0
1  1

Anyways you can continue the further modules in the course. I’ll let you know once this question is corrected and added back in the course !
