I m getting 75 per accuracy how to use the most appropriate value of k

hey @shivani_jainEtW ,
75% is good score with KNN.

You need to try different values of k like 1,3,5,7,9… and
find the one that produces the best results.
Last time , i found that k = 13 was producing a good result.

but people got 100 per so is there any by which I can get that

Hey @shivani_jainEtW ,
actually the ones who have achieved score 100 are our mentors itself , as they submitted the actual predictions only .
And yeah you can increase your score to 90 + also , but with KNN you will be limited to max 80-81% not more than this.
You can try other algorithms , ensembling ,feature engineering etc. They can help you achieve better score.
