Dangerous permission

here after installing the app , my app is not starting , when ever i m clicking on it , it get crashes and showing permission issue might be some setting has to be changed in my phone , which setting is it ,can you please suggest me

Can you give the logcat error?
It would be helpful for me to deduce the problem.
