are provided in diabetes challenge?

They are not two separate datasets. Diabetes_XTrain contains the features/columns (the input to your model) whereas Diabetes_YTrain contains the correct outputs/labels (the output of the model) of the same dataset.

Yes, exactly. We’re trying to predict Diabetes_YTrain (whether the corresponding person has diabetes or not) through Diabetes_XTrain.
