So, my doubt is that why we need to use convex hull algo in this problem?
Couldn’t we just check if there exist a point is common in both polygon sets!?
If there exists a point then it means that smaller polygon is not strictly present inside the outer polygon and it also means that there are collinear points exist between both polygons.
