Are these manual conversion methods same for all programming languages, like, python, c++, java, etc.? Also, these methods are not explained properly because in the 6th lecture of Number Systems, Sir is doing a conversion of decimal to binary, but it was not taught in the previous lectures. Also, the addition of binary numbers is not taught. So, please tell that, are all these things same for different languages like python, c++ and all?
