The val of n<=17000, but cant make dp[17000][17000] ?

yeah we cannot make big size array because it consume too much memory.

sizeof(datatype of dp array ) * 17000 * 17000.

but in hint video dp[][] is used

then check the constraint once again,
it may 1700 in place of 17000
