Considering root node in two cases

If both p and q present in left sub tree, the lca should lie in left sub tree but in the video sir has mentioned lca may be inside left sub tree or root node itself? why root node

@sahazeer123 hey, its that case when one is parent and other is its children so parent will be Lca for that node or children in that subtree.
