What is represented by W[i,j]^[l]?
What i understood is that W[i,j]^[l] represents jth weight of ith neuron in lth layer.
But in MLP 03 video, it seems that W[2,1] represents weight of 2nd neuron in previous level to 1st neuron in lth layer
