it says u have x tails and 20-x heads and now if we flip them we will have x heads and 20-x heads but still, the problem is how would we distinguish and put them separately since we can’t really see?
Confusion in distinction of coins
Initially in first partition we have x tails and 20-x heads. So the number of tails left in other partition is 20-x as total 20 coins have tails on them. Now, flip all coins from the first partition, then we have in first partition x heads and 20-x tails. Hence now we have two partitions with 20-x tails each. Hence the problem is solved.
